For 2010, we were pleased to offer a selection of Regionals clothing. There were multiple options for the official Regionals shirt as well as other items which were all tied together with a coordinated look and the updated Inukshuk Dog Regionals logo. The purchase of any Regionals clothing attire was entirely optional.
The wicking “T” was available for purchase in either white or yellow. The yellow shirts are the official volunteer shirt. Competitors were able to order this shirt and colour as well, the committee just asked that they kindly refrained from wearing the yellow shirt during Regionals.
As per the AAC Rules for Regionals and Nationals “Competitors at the National Championships will not be required to purchase a Nationals Championship shirt. Competitors are expected to represent their region and wear their regional attire during the Nationals Championships”. For 2010 the committee would like team AB/NWT to coordinate for the opening ceremonies (Friday pm) of Nationals in Calgary, AB August 6-8, 2010. To keep it simple and flexible for everyone, competitors should wear this year’s Regionals shirt (technical fibre white golf shirt) or the white wicking “T” or the white Regionals golf shirt from a few years ago. Alternatively, any white shirt may be worn and that will help our team look unified for the opening ceremonies at Nationals.
